Volunteer

Volunteering

Volunteering is a fun way to explore your interests and passions. If you want to gain work experiences or are considering a new career, volunteering with MVDA can help you get experience in your area of interest and meet people in the field. MVDA offers you the chance to build upon the skills you already have and use them to benefit the greater community. MVDA welcomes volunteers and interns from a variety of backgrounds, although relevant education and/or work experience within the field of interest is highly preferred. Former volunteers and interns include undergraduate students, graduate students, Ph.D.'s, recipients of fellowships, and career professionals, among others.

Who can volunteer?

Most of our volunteers are students coming both from India and from all over the world. Though, what is more important than your occupation and your country of origin, are the skills you bring to MVDA and the right attitude and motivation. You need not worry if you are from overseas, we'll try making you feel at home.
