She has a very good understanding of how agriculture departments work and has many connections in the same sector including non-government organizations and private individuals. She is a team player and known for her excellent knowledge of non-chemical agriculture among the farmers. She has mastery to attract farmers and make them do farming as a profitable and sustainable business.
