Deepak Kumar Agarwal

Deepak Kumar Agarwal is a B.Sc. (CBZ) graduate with experience in organizational management and grassroots-level operations. He previously served as CEO of Saksham Swayatt Sahkarita FPO, where he was involved in coordination, administration, and operational planning. He is proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, XML, and InDesign, and has hands-on experience in managing and maintaining MIS data across both online and offline platforms.

Aniket Panwar

Aniket is a dedicated Botanist and researcher, holding a Master of Science in Botany from HNB Garhwal University. He has also successfully completed a one-year “Trainee Sustainability Officer (TSO)” program with Solidaridad Network India Private Ltd.
He brings diverse field experience, including five months of hands-on exposure in tea cultivation, manufacturing, and management at Merry View Tea Estate, Darjeeling. In addition, he has actively contributed to conservation efforts by working on updating and verifying People’s Biodiversity Registers (PBRs) for the Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board.

Sunil William

Sunil William holds a B.Sc. degree along with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and brings over 13 years of professional experience in the development sector. He has previously worked with organizations such as Himmotthan Society and Suvidha, where he gained valuable experience in marketing, training, and agriculture-related initiatives.

Sachin Singh

Sachin Singh is a B.Sc. Agriculture graduate with hands-on experience in agriculture and dairy farming. He is currently managing his own dairy farm, overseeing daily operations including feeding, milking, and overall farm management. Coming from a farming background, he possesses strong practical knowledge of agricultural practices, livestock care, and sustainable dairy management.

Ghatakshi

Ghatakshi is a registered pharmacist who has completed her Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma). She has experience working in clinics and hospitals, including supporting medical teams in the Operation Theatre (OT). Originally from Srinagar, she is a young, motivated professional who is eager to learn and contribute to improving community health services.

Kiran Bisht

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from H.N.B. Garhwal University and is a Gold Medalist. She brings valuable experience in healthcare and community outreach. Kiran has extensive experience in organizing health camps, conducting awareness sessions on hygiene and menstrual health, supporting ANC/PNC beneficiaries, and working closely with ASHA/ANM workers and PRI members in rural areas. She is passionate about community welfare and committed to improving access to healthcare services in remote regions.

Mr. Sheetal Rana

He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an M.Sc. in Horticulture, and has prior experience working with the Centre for Business and Entrepreneurial Development (CBED) and the Integrated Livelihood Support Program (ILSP) of UGVS.
He is a positive-minded and confident person who enjoys playing cricket. He has acquired extensive experience, including active involvement in rural development and organic farming initiatives, and has gained practical insights into strategies for community engagement and prevention of rural migration.

Lalit Kumar

Lalit is working as an Agriculture Associate under the FRDP Project – Himachal Pradesh.
He is originally from District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
He brings with him valuable experience from his previous roles. He has worked for 2 years as a Cluster Incharge in Anni, Kullu, where he actively supported field operations and cluster-level activities. Following that, he served as an Agriculture Inspector for about 11 months at the Global Certification Society, Palampur, gaining hands-on experience in agricultural oversight and field assessment.
