Ajay Mamgain is a dedicated researcher specializing in rural development with a strong background in agriculture and social sciences. Navprabhat holds a Masters in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work (University of Delhi). He was the first recipients of Martha Farrell Scholarship awarded by Martha Farrell Foundation in collaboration with National Association of Professional Social Works in India. He worked with Society for the Promotion of Women and Child welfare as a Project Officer.

At MVDA he is associated as Executive Director and is responsible for representing the organization to the public and partners, develop strategy for the organization. He loves travelling new places, is a nature lover and likes to make new friends.
