Mr. Sheetal Rana

He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an M.Sc. in Horticulture, and has prior experience working with the Centre for Business and Entrepreneurial Development (CBED) and the Integrated Livelihood Support Program (ILSP) of UGVS.
He is a positive-minded and confident person who enjoys playing cricket. He has acquired extensive experience, including active involvement in rural development and organic farming initiatives, and has gained practical insights into strategies for community engagement and prevention of rural migration.

Lalit Kumar

Lalit is working as an Agriculture Associate under the FRDP Project – Himachal Pradesh.
He is originally from District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
He brings with him valuable experience from his previous roles. He has worked for 2 years as a Cluster Incharge in Anni, Kullu, where he actively supported field operations and cluster-level activities. Following that, he served as an Agriculture Inspector for about 11 months at the Global Certification Society, Palampur, gaining hands-on experience in agricultural oversight and field assessment.

Sunita

Ms. Sunita hails from Jaunpur, Tehri Garhwal and is associated with MVDA as an Academic Facilitator. She brings with her over 6 years of experience in teaching Science, Social Studies, and English at the primary level. She also loves sports activities. Her extensive background in the education sector reflects her passion, self-motivation, and commitment to hard work.

Rinkita Rawat

Born and brought up in the Queen of Hills, Mussoorie, Rinkita Rawat brings three years of solid experience in the Human Resources field. She has developed strong expertise in recruitment and organizational development, with a focus on compliance and effective grievance redressal. She holds an MBA degree from Graphic Era University.

As an aspiring HR professional, she believes in fostering a balanced and inclusive work environment, ensuring fair opportunities for individuals who are genuinely driven to contribute to society. She is deeply committed to working in the social sector to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the underprivileged.

Ajay Mamgain

Ajay Mamgain is a dedicated researcher specializing in rural development with a strong background in agriculture and social sciences. With a focus on improving the livelihoods of rural communities, Ajay conducts impactful research that informs sustainable practices and policies. his goal is to contribute to sustainable agricultural practices that not only enhance productivity but also improve the well-being of communities. Skilled in data collection, analysis, and community engagement, Ajay is committed to driving positive change in the rural sector. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local leaders, to implement research findings. Ajay are good leadership and teamwork qualities crucial for ensuring work is done smoothly and efficiently.

Navprabhat

Navprabhat holds a Masters in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work (University of Delhi). He was the first recipients of Martha Farrell Scholarship awarded by Martha Farrell Foundation in collaboration with National Association of Professional Social Works in India. He worked with Society for the Promotion of Women and Child welfare as a Project Officer.

At MVDA he is associated as Executive Director and is responsible for representing the organization to the public and partners, develop strategy for the organization. He loves travelling new places, is a nature lover and likes to make new friends.
